IP Address conflicts?

Hi everyone. Me and my brother share a place (and an IP address) and we are trying to play on the server together. However when i try to log in, it says my IP has a temporary block on it. I know this might be to prevent people from multi-accounting, but certainly you could anticipate people playing together from the same IP address right? Is there any way to fix this? Thanks a lot!
