Awesome graphical glitch (That's also my name ololol)

I was going through old p99 screenshots to see if I could find anything fun, and I forgot about this series of screenshots that I took while experiencing the best graphical glitch of all time.
I'm posting this because I want to find out if anyone can figure out how to recreate it, so that I can play like this all of the time.

Be interesting to know if other people saw these at the same time you did or not.

If it isn't showing up like that for other people, chances are that it was a client bug or some corrupt file.

I remember seeing the young kodiak glitch. I don't know what was the cause of that though.

I never saw the glitch with inventory on avatar. pretty nice picture.

I believe that happens when you generate texture cache files, then modify the textures that load (turning Velious armors on and off) w/ out deleting the txc files.
