Rogue: Spirit of Sloth Muscle Loc 1

The rogue poison Spirit of Sloth (Muscle Lock IV) is casting Muscle Lock I instead when you proc it on opponents, difference between a 40% snare and a 60% snare. This must be a bug. Even the Spirit of Sloth vial of poison says it is just plain Muscle Lock.
