NPC Spawn Issue: Placeholders for Fippy Darkpaw (N. Qeynos)

I tried to find comments on Allakhazam that are old enough to substantiate that Fippy wasn't the only gnoll to attack the gates. He was the common spawn -- there were rare spawns:

They all shouted the same thing about family darkpaw.
