Klandicar weirdness

I logged in to Western Wastes by DN and I think I saw a flash of Klandicar (like it was there and just disappeared). When I ran through the valley he was no where to be found.

I thought it was maybe stuck underground so I logged on a ranger to track it, but then I found it just standing around where you'd expect it to be.

Pretty odd. Seems like the mob kinda just bugged out when I was loading in so I couldn't see it on one character but was able to see it on another.

Edit: Also when I saw it "flash" I'm pretty sure it was over by the side of the valley instead of the middle where it stands around. Very strange all around.
