Default extract v36 to my eq folder and it corrupts my dsetup.dll

I looked up on p99 that u have to not run it as admin or it will look at it as a trojan so i disabled norton anti virus reinstalled eq. I tryed logging on to p99 red just to make sure the game would load it loaded and says my spells were outdated. So i dl the v36 and extracted to my eq folder now it says it cant start because dsetup.dll is missing.... u have a v36 that works or what ?

If you would have searched for destup.dll on the forum you could have found many posts that would have told you to make a exclusion in your anti virus because its flagging it as a false positive.
