Kelethin Merchants faction

I was doing the slaver key quests in crushbone and noticing no faction hit for any of the turn-ins, then I tried doing the quest in the warrior guild and saw no faction hit either, so I wanted to see if these quests actually do raise the faction or not before trying to get my faction up. Does anyone know if they do? Just wanna be able to sell and bank in kelethin. Thanks.
