Question about Skyfire Mountains.

A friend and I have been hesitant about hunting in skyfire mountains do to The factions hits with Minions of Scale & Ring of Scale. We've read that if you are KOS with these factions that the high end dragons that pop in zones will agro you at max view distance. Also that the guard dragons at / around veeshan's peak will agro you and not people who are not kos to these factions.

Is it worth hunting in Skyfire Mountains and ruining these factions & is it possible to easily repair these factions?

Any and all information about this would be greatly appreciated thank you! So far we've just been going on he says she says and it's difficult to sort out the facts.

You can repair it by killing in Mistmoore. Being non KOS to ring of scale is most important i suppose if you're a CoTH mage, otherwise i wouldnt be too worried about it

Hmm alright I do see it is possible to repair faction with Ring of Scale via certain mobs and Mistmoore mobs. Thanks for that.

However I've found no way to fix Minions of Scale faction. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Anyone know anything about the high end dragon(s) that spawn in like DL, EJ, etc and how kos faction with these two factions effects their agro / agro radius?

kunark dragons are ring of scale. if you aren't kos to ring of scale you can walk right up to most of them and give them a hug.

their AEs still kill you just as fast though if another person who is kos aggro's them.
