This was previously dropped from Tolapmuj, and used in the wizard epic to get one of the 3 staves.

With the epic patch, players should now receive that stave + note to spawn the NPC in Halas from turning in the Golem Oil from PoFear.

In short - This item should cease the drop form Tolapmuj after the epic patch. Yesterday he dropped one and he shouldn't.

Flag the timeline to remove the drop from Jumpy once the Enraged/Broken golem part is added in the March patch.
