How to get a rez. Or not...

Usually I am bored and just buffing folks in CB or EC. If you want a rez and you are < 2 zones away I am happy to run over and take care of you, gratis. More than that and I expect some compensation. If you dragged your corpse to a ring or spire and port me there and back to where I was it's gratis. If I am sitting in CB and you want a rez in MM, I am happy to run over and help you out but pay me for my time please. How much should you pay? I expect you to be fair with me. If you are low level (< 30) I generally never take payment. Level 30 or > you should be able to afford to toss me some coin.

I don't need a sob story or anything else. Just get to the point and let me know what you need. If I decline, it's for one of the following reasons:

1. I am busy (or at work and cannot commit to the time needed to run to you).
2. You are lvl 5 or some crap and bound local to your corpse. C'mon - just eat the death. 5 mobs killed and you are back to where you were.
3. You are on my no rez list. You were at some point in time a dick to me, a guildmate or a friend.
