Default Howling Stones resist rate
South and East wing seem to have way too high a resist rate. I'm 58 and I get resists on root and nukes about 1 in 3. No real way to "prove" it's too high but howling stones mobs didn't have any special resists.

They were always a tad resisty in those two wings, particularly east.

At level 57 I wouldn't think I'd be getting full resists 1 out of 5 casts in South Wing. I've tried fire/frost/magic.. seems to be the same result.
