Default Spell mem macro

I remember being able to make a macro to mem my spells and i have been looking really not finding anything to help me recreate that. I know it had to do with the /mem command but when i use that it pulls up the spell list which is disabled. If the spell list wasn't tied to /mem (which it shouldn't be in the era) it would work i think.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a macro that would possibly work? Thanks for any help.

No, is the answer. You cannot mem spells via a macro.

It was removed on p99 a very long time ago...you used to be able to use the saved spell list feature and commands. not any longer. you must actually manually load spells.

You can macro opening you spell book to a page, so you could at least put all your grp buffs on one page to jump to that spot with a macro...but you'll have to manually load them after that.

You have to actually think about and arrange your spell book in a logical way.

I don't think you could move spells around in classic, right? I remember leaving spaces open for important future spells. Maybe it was possible to forget a spell or something.. I don't remember.

If you're a buffing class it makes a huge difference.
