Why are most changes to anything never posted in patch notes?

Because they aren't even put onto the server. Unless you're speaking of some sort of "nerf" you think happened that broke somewhere and it hasn't been fixed because there has been no updates in months.

I'm just talking in general. Like when patch notes are published everything that was changed are not posted in them and when things are changed with out patches there are no notes to let the population know about the changes until they find out for theirself.

Patch notes were never actually comprehensive. Surefall Glade Port was never in the patch notes when it was added.

There haven't been any patches for months, as mentioned, so recently 100% of the changes have been in the patch notes.
