Spells: Fear

I have had a problem with fear spell as of late. When i cast it for the first time on a mob sometimes i get the message that the spell has worn off and then message that it has taken affect. Every time i have had this happen the mob is not feared. I know that you normally get messages like this when you cast the same spell on a mob and it replaces one but that isn't the case here.

Nothing has changed on the live server in nearly two months. Make sure you're not using the beta spell file on the main server.

I'll check that Uthgaard thanks. I didn't change anything though that i know of so maybe is just a lucky fluke. Like i said doesn't happen all the time it is just wierd.
