Game Mechanics: Kunark Evacs in the Plane of Sky

I am able to cast Markar''s Relocation and Tishan's Relocation while in the Plane of Sky.

It is my understanding that the only port spell that should work in the Plane of Sky is Alter Plane: Sky.

Once in this plane, you cannot levitate, gate, or use any sort of evacuation spells (with the exception of the Alter Plane spell which still works). The only way out is to jump off. Upon doing so, you will fall safely to the water near the docks of East Freeport (provided you don't hit another island below you and die as a result).

Perhaps this is an artifact of lifting the original zone requirements of the Kunark Evacs.
