NPC Spawn Issue: Drusella Sathir and Greenmist

If greenmist is going to be added to the game Drusella's loot table has to add the item for the quest. However when that change was made they also adjusted her spawn time.

She now drops a mirror of self loathing used for he iksar SK only weapon Greenmist. Great stats btw, im workin on gettin it,Ive got really close to completion

I'd also like to know her spawn time. I've heard two things, she is a 3 day spawn, or that she's is a PH'd mob, ie.. you kill everything in her room and eventually she pops. Anyone know?

HS was revamped in 2003 however based on thesafehouse it indicates she had her respawn time adjusted before the revamp.

Wont quote that link but its around 5-6 posts of people remembering that she was a 72 hour respawn back in the day. Posts are from late 2003 so lines up with the loot table adjustment. So we know that she was 24 hour respawn before greenmist and afterwards I'n confident enough to say it was changed to 72 hours.
