IP Exception working?

I was curious if anyone had any insight on whether or not they were still handling these and if so how long they usually take to resolve? The wife and I have been trying to play together while the xp bonus was active and was just curious

Doubt it will be done before the xp bonus ends. The staff if probably on holiday break. I got lucky and got mine done within two days of submitting others aren’t so fortunate
