Drop rate of HQ Tundra Kodiak pelts?

What is the drop rate you've experienced? Just wondering if it is worth doing the coldain ring quest or not. I'm wasting lots of time on step 1.

Magelo has drop rates based on current EQ but a lot of things still are close enough to have an idea. It's shows a 3-4% drop rate.

Is it worth doing the coldain ring quests? My god Yes.. I mean it can depend on the class... But it's must have. Plenty of people selling ring 7 MQ for 10k if you have the spending cash.

I managed to go from 1-9 in a determined 3 weeks, the tundra pelt was actually the longest part. The drop rate on Wiki is near 2% id say thats about right.
