One frog too much at a reanimated hand?

I just paid a visit to Lower Guk and noticed that "a reanimated hand" had TWO frogs in its room, a knight and a wizard. I remember farming rings here about a year ago and I NEVER saw a second frog in this room.

Can someone clarify this for me? Did a recent patch change something? Thanks.
