Miscellaneous: Skill training failure takes a training point

When I tried to train meditate ( just to see if it would work) on a lvl 2 druid the Skill goes up but a training error is displayed and takes away a training point. You would think it would not allow you to use said points before the allowable lvl. Unknown if this is suppose to happen of if this is a bug on Green. When I look at my skills it says I have a point in Meditate, it doesnt work as i can tell because it takes forever and a day to mem a spell.

It takes the point but gives it back to you when you zone.
