How do I get through qeynos as an erudite necromancer cazic thule?

Jump in the water go up to port authority building is 1 entrance to aqueduct in the water there.I'm assuming you took the boat to qeynos and are in that area.

The dreadcorpse by the newbie yard exit said hi and he will be your uber driver back to Odus.
