Stuck In Sand Dune - Falling Through World

When crossing from Oasis of Mar to North Ro, more than 1 time I have ended up stuck in the sand dune - not quite "falling through the world" like in the old days - I cannot move, although I can cast and meditate. Loc when stuck is -1876.00, 1305.00, 17.75 in North Ro.
