GBS/pizjn

Up until about 3 weeks ago Pizjn was spawning about once every EQ night. Since then, I have seen her spawn only once out of about 10 EQ nights. Is this a bug or is this an intentional change? With a spawn rate like this I feel like the GBS is essentially being nerf'd.
