Factcheckers : Accurate date on when wurmy is slated to become primary only?

I am unfortunately only half a nerd and couldn't find any specific patch notes outside of wiki stating that wurmslayer
was nerfed "Possibly 02/21/2001 on live" which would correspond with the 9/3/2021 patch for green.
