Miscellaneous: Green Forglok Skin Isn't (Completely) Worthless

Caveat: this may be unclassic or already implemented.

I recently noticed that Green Froglok Skin was listed in the wiki as having no use, so out of curiousity I thought I'd see if that was accurate. Unfortunately I couldn't find an in-era source that confirms this, but the earliest EQ Traders cut I could find (October 2003: https://web.archive.org/web/20031118...r=010000000000) shows that it can be used to create Black Extract.

Possibilities:

• this recipe was added in Luclin or beyond (so we shouldn't have it ... but it seems sort of odd that they'd add a new dye recipe after they'd clearly given up on the whole dye system)
• it was classic, and is already a part of P99 (our wiki just doesn't know)
• P99 should have (yet another) Black Extract recipe, making the item not (entirely) useless

It can be used to make Black Extract for dyeing Fine Plate armor. Yes, it's bizarre that a Green Goblin Skin can be used to make a black dye, but it's true. I don't know if it has any other uses.
