Default necklace melee's can use to cast bind?

I remember back in the day a shadowknight who was around from the beginning binding himself in various zones and asked him how. I believe he said it was some necklace he quested that had ?3? bind charges but it was taken out of the game. He could recharge the necklace by handing it in.. also believe he said the quest was in Neriak...

Anyone know about this?

Hmm suppose that was it but I swear I remember him saying, quest, neriak, handing it in to be recharged, and it was taken out early on in the game.

But who knows.. i was like 14 or something.

What are you trying to say is not in classic? Ring of the Dead seems most definitely classic. EDIT* until it was removed that is.
