Symbol of Innoruuk quests and NPC Razran F`Lok

So I am a human cleric of Innoruuk trying to do these quests. I am on the second quest(Disciple Symbol of Innoruuk), and I need to turn in Whoopal's head to Draxiz N'Ryt in the casters guild in Neriak commons.

Problem is there is one npc who I am kos to, Razran F`Lok, that pats on top of the quest turn in guy. I tried timing it so that I could turn in the head, but he aggroed me, from afar, when I tried to turn in the head. Zam states that he is on The Dead faction, as well as Queen Cristanos Thex.

Does anyone know how to become un-kos to him? Would shared wolf form keep him from destroying me again?
