Petition to remove Emuemu's IP Exemption

It's pretty well known that this mongoloid exploits and abuses the fuck out of his ip exemption with having another computer and logging his toon back in immediately after /qing and instantly poofing out of the world whenever he's about to die on his other computer. It's bullshit that he still is allowed to have an ip exemption when EVERYONE KNOWS he's abusing the fuck out of it! (Not to mention he boxes all the time). I think it's about time something is done about this.
