Default Evade shouldnt be in game
As per patch note history. Evade should not be in game.

According to that, it happened Feb 17th, 2000. Thats still in classic territory. If we went around and tried to undo every single thing that Sony has done in 3 years, only to re-implement it at the exact right time, we'd have 10x the amount of work than we already do.
