Cros has been around p99 since beta.

He should still spawn afaik (very long respawn), but it's time for him to die and be replaced by the bear.

I'm glad to hear that Cros is in-game. This thread was about live, not P99. I was trying to show how removing Cros was just another step in making EQ easier and easier to play.

More like another 8 months if you do the math for the timeline of this update, and the timeline for p99 server currently.
