Technically, if colgate's alt didn't die, he did not get trained. The action has to process for it to be called the action. Otherwise, it's an attempt that you thwarted. So, Renian tried to train colgate, but colgate dodge it. Now all you have is Renian rooted a mob randomly. Then memblurred it so it didn't hit him. Just saying, this is how, in video games, GMs handle these situations.

Kimm was caught red handed. He deserves to be banned. I even thwarted his trains for about 30minutes by killing him and chasing him off. He came back and continued to do it. This is why he deserves the ban/susp.

Supreme agrees nizzar did it, logs show nizzar did it, Beovvulf says nizzar had no right to do it. Seems like an easy ban for Nizzar.

on the contrary, my alt DID die, but i figured i'd save you the minute and a half of me trying to avoid dying on a druid with no MR vs. a spectre and a cleric(Reverse)

i showed the GMs the entire video, including my alt's death, when i made the petition thread months ago

in fact, i made it a point to let myself die at least once before i /q'd out

I'm not dick riding anybody. Sure some things can be counted as double standards, but sometimes you gotta live and let live. Life ain't always peachy and these things are not worth dwelling over forever. Especially not on an emulated EQ server.
