Sounds like its a physical problem with the cd, sorry if its silly to ask but have you cleaned it thoroughly?

If so, I might recommend using a program like IMGburn to take an image of that disk and see if you can install it with that. Sometimes you can get around those errors by re-creating the cd. Let me know if both of those options fail and what comes of it!
