The problem is having to pay ridiculous amounts of plat to complete your epic in the first place.

These guilds hoard epic pieces to sell for plat by killing mobs they would have no reason to kill otherwise. Let the people finish their quests on their own.

What is epic about paying other people to do your quest for you?

Remove multi-questing from epic quests in my opinion.

What's wrong with a community that would rather deny others from enjoying the game than compromise their competitive style?

Yes Epic MQs should be bannable offense same as account trades, especially since the account trades was made bannable so quickly.

except yu werent allowed to trade accounts on live (although it was still done) and you could MQ any quest (due to devs being lazy. MQ was actually a bug they never bothered to fix)

That might be what you think. But a more likely scenario would be one of these:

1. have lower level alts ready to loot the epic items when it drops
2. immediately sell the item to the highest none competing bidder when the epic item drops
3. delete the item

That's a lot harder to scam on, and involves the player attending the epic fight. I have no problem with it.

they fixed some of mqs one example was the velious armour and solstice earring.
