I think the only ones crying about some impending economic disaster because of more supply of regulated raid targets/loot are the ones currently in total control of it. Repops are classic, multiple alt armies parked on multiple targets are not (at least on my server). Worst case scenario prices drop some and your platinum gains buying power.

Gm's giving them more chances to race other competitive t1 guilds in big VP instead of farming free kills and all they can think about is some filthy casual getting an AoN/CoF/watever without paying them their due.

lol dude there are mains in TMO that don't have AoNs nice try though. Also no one in TMO but the officers and leader have access to the guild bank or to most of the raid drop epic pieces. Simulated patch. mobs depopped as "server brought down" instead of shutting the server down for no reason they are letting people play.

Mobs will repop when "servers are brought back up" 4-6 hours later.

if the patch goes smoothly! may be 8-12....

I was speaking for myself. I couldn't tell you how they abused you or where they touched you. Only people who can ever accuse me of intentionally training were the FE that were training right back in VP when it was allowed and I was actually having fun talking to them while doing it. The abuse you asshats were throwing around was targeting anyone with the tag not the people who you cry oppressed you. Oh and ill be happy to listen to you vent about the specific times you were abused or treated poorly by myself or friends of mine. Cheaper than therapy and I don't judge you while listening.

Being in the guild benefited them, you were part of the problem, you are guilty.

Maybe your jimmies were just a little too rustled at the time? Ohhh I see... My post was directed at the people complaining about the new repops and extra drops they will bring. It seems I struck a little close to home for you; sorry about that, pal. I by no means harbor any hatred towards yourself or the individual members of any particular guild, including TMO. I was merely interjecting my disgust for the negative entitled attitude that has been displayed here by a small few worried about their epeens, instead of just saying "Thank you for the classic repops and removing the suspension."

This shit right here is exactly what I'm talking about. Gm's aren't spawning items in player's hands. Guilds still have to form up raid groups, establish a plan and tactics, and then beat the encounter while also racing other guilds be it t1 or t2 for the kill. They just won't be forced to turn this into more than a game or sacrifice real life obligations by sitting at their comp for hours spamming track or waking up in the middle of the night via batphone to have a shot at experiencing the end-game. Just because TMO or any top raiding guild, whoever it may be, can do that doesn't mean the rest of the server has to play by their stipulations.

My point was that nobody is buying the facade put on by these guys with their feigned concern for the economy. Everybody knows why they care about casuals getting a raid target, and its not because they honestly think this new system installed by the staff adding a few respawns a month to an overly crowded and stale raid scene is going to wreck the server economy. It's a temporary fix attempting to please everybody and remove the suspension which was probably doing more damage itself than everything else combined. It will probably be done away with come Velious anyways.

There's really no mystery here; it just makes them feel less exclusive and they don't like it. I don't feel bad at all.

Sounds like Custom99 item handouts.

For those who didn't play live, mobs repopped all the time because it was 1999 and servers were unstable and there were a lot of patches. If you look back through the archives of old raid guilds such as LoS you can see that sometimes they'd kill the same raid mobs every day for a week. Especially during Velious when the servers were going down so often.

That's why it's a "simulated" repop. What do you think they're simulating? Live EQ, in 1999-2001.
