I'll do it with you. I have p90x, which I've done in the past and it works, and I'm starting a Krav Maga class this week. I'm not out of shape by any means however I've been lazy the past couple of months due to a hectic work schedule and need to get back into the habit of working out

In addition to working out though, I also think we need to be accountable for our diet. It will do us no good at all if we work out and then go fill up on milkshakes and big macs

As for a reward... hmmm we'll have to brainstorm that a bit
