NPC Spawn Issue: Rogue epic- Anson McBale

Level 50+ Rogue is irrelevant. Turning in the pouch and saying the phrase (given faction) from anyone should spawn it.

I can't think of a single quest mechanic in Classic/Kunark that checks your class.

Race, Faction, Level... Sure. Nothing checked your class.

Plane of Sky Efreeti's wont spawn the 'follow up' npcs upon the book turn in if you are not the proper class that is associated with that Efreeti

this is why I had Thulack's necro Ammut spawn the necro npc for my druid when I did the Sphinx Amulet turn in

Sigh making me research it.

Class has absolutely NO bearing on classic Quests. Quests weren't coded with that much sophistication until later on. Early on EQ they checked only Faction. Later they had a check for Level, Race and eventually Class / Flags.

But in Kunark, that shouldn't be checked against.

It currently requires a 50+ rogue to turn in pouch to Anson, if this is incorrect please post some evidence specific to that.
