Ak-Anon Illusion Spell vendor is selling research mats?

I have to admit its been, well, maybe 10 years, but I thought the clockwork merchant outside the library in Ak-anon sold the enc illusions, rather than research materials. That makes 3 vendors in the library selling research materials (no waiting).. Can't find the illusion spells on any other vendors in the library, I'd hate to have to run over to helftown for every illusion spell.. us shorties need some lovin' here. If I'm looking in the wrong place I'd appreciate a pointer, thanks.
