Thanks for all the information. I think I'm going to go dwarf since I'll be pretty casual and the cultural armor would probably be the best I'll be able to get.

I look forward to starting on red and hope for a more group oriented experience with the bonus. On blue it feels like everyone in the zone is soloing.

You will need to solo until you can make your way to somewhere like CB or Unrest.
