If I quit D3 and went hard in the paint would I be considered for this inner circle and get pixels immediately or would I have to wait in line behind the plebs?

When you have hundreds of people competing for the same pixels someone is going to get left out. Lets be honest, most of the pixels outside of VP that are not for epics hardly matter. Everyone gets showered with pixels until it comes to the loot that actually matters, this is the way the zergs have always worked. Lower tier pixels feed the zerg while they carry the core players to their VP loot.
