Im sure the xp will be at the current rate and nothing about this progression server sounds classic, nor is it intended to be, its just progression through expansions.

Not to mention there will be some version of the marketplace to buy stuff.

Id honestly be shocked if any of the established p99 crowd actually enjoyed the progresion server.

See most of you there, even the ones claiming they won't be! The pixels consume you! Bigger population for power gamers to compete against! Whos going to have windows open for blue/red AND the progression server?

Trak dies in .5 seconds to so armies that run mq2 with autofire....along with every other mob. Its not just monk hand to hand damage increased, but all h2h, warriors, paladins, SKS, etc do more DMG using bare fists. Mq2 warping all over, etc. Progression server was fun as long as you just wanted to do group content, when it came to raid scene, mq2 ruled the day.

As we likely expected, it's EQ Live with content turned off. Nothing more. All the new combat values, ease of use changes, UI enhancements, etc. Leveling 1-60 on this progression server will likely take at least half as long as on P99 due to these quality of life enhancements.

Also - it's going to eventually progress to current content. That in itself is enough for me never to play on it.

They've started another One? Wasn't Fippy a 'Progression server' a few years back?

It hasn't started yet, "early summer" with no specific date. Fippy was a progression server yes.
