From the main P99 page on the top left theres a link for create account. you can have 3 accounts (or was 3) per eqemu account. Not sure if that changed when they changed the accounts to p99 website.
Definitely allowed more than 3 per emu account. Only 3 allowed created per week or something like that, however. I have like 7 login accounts.

Not that old and i like to crumple the bills up then throw. Give me little more time so i'm not making it rain and that 250 can last me 3-4 hours. Always try and save 10 for the cheesesteak from Rick's afterwords. Love paying for my cheesesteak in singles lol they know where you coming from @ 2am.
