Not just that, every mob in the game appears to be running faster than normal.

Strafe running doesn't work anymore, so there's no safe way for melees to kite mobs anymore either. Even with jboots or SOW most mobs run faster than strafe right now.

Snared burnyai in Kurn's tower were running faster than my 50+ druid with SOW, and mobs in EJ + Swamp of No Hope were outrunning my 50 bard with Selo's drum.

Official dev answer is that this runspeed change is a bug and not intended, but bard swarming will also be removed from the game in the future, but not immediately. I personally think nerfing swarm is NOT classic and NOT necessary, but maybe the situation is a little different on blue. Regardless I hope it's nerfed in a way which does not affect the rest of the class, druid/wizard quadding, charm kiting etc. Right now with intimidate broken/nerfed, the only soloing option left for bards is charm kiting.
