I still stand by my post. If my issue requires time, then the 10 seconds it would take to hit "reply", type 'This may take some time, please be patient." and hit "send" is sufficient for me. It's really all I am asking for.

Flame all you want, but for me, this is a legitimate rant and I made it known. Thanks for bumping the thread, though.
