You're a monk. you were never going to get Ragefire loot in this scenario. The odd's of a Cloak of Flames being the second choice item are next to impossible so he invited you for the extra dps.

I'll guild with people i don't entirely get along with, ill go to guild sponsered raids with them, but don't expect me to let them come show up to one ragefire, expect to get a roll on the first pick loot when they didnt turn the pearl in.

sounds like you are speaking of ONE person of MANY people in the TMO guild that has numbers at all hours mostly.
