No one said there will be fear and I thikn 99% chance not happening.

Mes will work like current server..

I don't think they are going to change any spell mechanics.

He crazy though. Live dumped fear way early on, makes no sense to enable that madness here.

Actually fear and charm pc wasnt fixed until Luclin and technically should be in red right now theres patch notes on it the same time they patched charm killing pets. Im on my phone or id go find the notes but more executive decisions like edited clickies have prevented this

Naw fear and charm was removed from pvp before kunark on live servers. And I know cause I played and I diary

Naw, I remember it working until after velious was released. it was during duels though, that might change something.
