Ah yes, this is likely same issue as Trakanon who also cast Necro spells classicly, and it was removed allowing him to AE properly.
That was a minor point of this thread, the larger one being his AE stun and AE Fear durations/frequency of landing. Hopefully a solution can be found for the AE Stun being made a single target proc without breaking things down the line.
