Lots of not answering the question going on here. I ask because a friend of mine bought white scales and someone in BDA was claiming it as guild property because the guy who sold had left the guild. There was also the infamous dragon bag incident. So is this contract crap a real thing or just nerds saying shit?

There is also the case of the Eye of Innoruuk that BDA gave to Slydexx. Slydexx had the eye for over a year before leaving BDA to join a far more superior guild. Slydexx then MQ'd the eye to a necro in the new guild and BDA began to demand the eye be returned.
