Default looting jarsarth scale legs

So i made a baby cleric and cant ever seem to get the AC camp as it seems to be permacamped. Anyone gotten the Jarsarth legs from KC for their alts before? How often do they drop (usually every couple of hours?)? Do groups usually let them rot? How did you go about getting your toon to the camp? Also, what lvl is the min for that camp? I have a 47 bard i could take there but not sure if that would be too low for the camp. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

KC is typically 50+. I've seen people get in as early as 45, but it needs to be a guild group/friends or you need to be able to help the group (as a mana battery or if they really need a healer etc.)

As for Jarsath, I think they do like one an hour maybe? Last time I was there I remember seeing them about thar often. Sometimes they rot, sometimes they ooc to the zone.

I took my shaman there in his mid 30s. Obviously I was much too low to actually group. I just ooc'd for any Jarsath rots and supple scale armband. With a help from some nice people there I had a full set plus the armband in <90 min. Can't tell you how typical my experience was though.
