Having trouble getting started

Sorry if there is a thread on this, I swear I looked and only came across the main thread explaining how to install.

I installed through EQEmu and changed the files needed.
When I click on EQ shortcut it runs, skips patches, and loads right into the game. Then it ask for an account name and Password.

I put the same things that I am registered here as name and Pword, but then at the server select screen it is blank.

Any help would be awesome, thanks.

Tried it a couple more times and it randomly started working, lol.....
