All I saw were basically 2 equally geared warriors fighting, You have better ping and are a pretty good jouster already so its no surprise to begin with. Have never pvp'd vs guttsz but I fought with you plenty before I left and after leaving and anyone who fights you for the first time that has 80ms let alone 100ms+ is going to be going "WTF @ ur hitbox". You zone faster, have less lag etc and probably fit into that category of top 10 on the box who I have ran into with this. Pretty sure the 10 names I can think of that zone fast and have good ping don't even pvp or rarely do.

Pre ramdisk/ssd, a rogue zoning faster was the best. Everyone in GW/Friends/pvpers jumped on ramdisk or had an SSD towards end of kunark and velious for sure. Thats when it became easy to spot people zoning faster then you despite same ssd/ramdisk and pc setup, There was a post by rogean or nilbog that said something of how the servers worked to zone people and it basically lumped people into different gaps of ms.

Yeah man definetly not equally geared, I was using a seb dirk and a css and my warrior has no worn haste, hes basically stripped besides cobalt legs and bp lol

Not saying hes bad, Ragnaros is one of the best jousters ive seen. And going from a rogues burst backstab damage, to a warrior is only downgrading him to a worse player because of lack of burst damage. But to say his low ping doesn't play some part in it is foolish. Take a 30ms and a 90ms person jousting eachother both recording the pvp from their own viewpoint and watch as the 90ms person is perfectly on the hitbox getting target too far away messages. Thats just how the server is since the pre velious beta patch. Anyone with a higher MS really has to adjust for a hitbox they cannot see, and guess where it is going to be by time they hit their backstab/kick and what not to match up and hit.

Ping is rly easily compensated for by a slight amount of uberchimp skill in eq because all skills have a realitivly large cool down and it's easy to predict the lag.
